Confirm job address and scope match the work order
Walk the property and note obstacles or hazards
Verify ladder placement and truck parking are safe

Job Completion Checklist

What confirms a job is actually finished, not just stopped.

Owner: Lead Installer / Crew Leader

Walk the completed gutter line for gaps or leaks
Confirm downspouts drain properly

Customer Sign-Off Checklist

What the customer confirms before the crew leaves the property.

Owner: Lead Installer / Crew Leader

Walk the finished job with the customer
Confirm the customer is satisfied with the work
Get customer signature or verbal sign-off

What the crew confirms on site before, during, and after the job.

Confirm ladder is stable and properly angled
Check weather conditions before climbing
Verify PPE is worn and in good condition

Equipment Checklist

What gets inspected and maintained so nothing fails mid-job.

Inspect ladders, harnesses, and tools for damage
Confirm truck has enough material for the job
